We came up with a new and improved idea that is more unique to the West Hills. We're going in the direction of ROYALTY...Queen of the Roses. We wanted to focus on the status that goes along with living up on the hill. We were really inspired by the romance of the rose garden and wanted incorporate the bold historical architectural structures. The picture above is a proposal sketch of our garment. These are the places we've gone to get some of our materials. Red Light. Buffalo Exchange. House of Vintage.
At Red light we found a dress that we are going to take apart and renovate, at Buffalo Exchange we found a corset, and at House of Vintage we found our chair, that we are also going to reconstruct. Candace has a tall mirror that we're going to use in our project. We still have some other materials to find, but as the project goes along, we'll come across it as it comes. So far, we're really excited about this! :)
